419 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Distant Sound"

A short recording of distant thunder and wind chimes recorded with my sound devices mixpre-6 coupled to my core sound tetramic. Recorded in central oklahoma usa. Listen with headphones this is a binaural recording. Rendered using reaper on a mac. Hope you enjoy and please comment and rate.

This is an attempt to recreate the sound of a gunshot. At a distant and medium distance. The sound consists of two layers. In the synthesis, white noise with different filtering by layers was used. Reverb was not used. The final processing is equalization and a bit of overdrive.

A long echoing foghorn sound, made by blowing into a 10-foot-long pvc pipe in a fairly big, empty room. This is the best of the foghorn sounds i recorded. I think it sounds surprising like a real foghorn in the distance. Nice long reverb/decay after the main sound is over.

My door bell sound modified to sound as if it's coming from farther away as it would normally sound from a different room. Slightly biased towards the left channel, reverse the stereo channels for it to come from the right.
